• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a customer service or related role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or a similar industry
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in training or mentoring team members
