- Develop and implement the overall customer success strategy and drive renewal efforts across Public Sector accounts
- Empower and guide Customer Success teams towards achieving retention and expansion targets
- Ensure alignment between Sales and Customer Success strategies
- Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to enhance retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster upsell opportunities
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the SaaS industry; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams focused on customer renewals
- Direct experience negotiating renewals and driving annual recurring revenue (ARR)
- Familiarity with enterprise customer success and sales processes
- Comfortable working in a data-driven environment and using BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Experience leading teams through organizational change
- Background in digital renewal processes and customer success initiatives
- Established track record in conducting renewal negotiations and forecasting
