What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and implement the overall customer success strategy and drive renewal efforts across Public Sector accounts
  • Empower and guide Customer Success teams towards achieving retention and expansion targets
  • Ensure alignment between Sales and Customer Success strategies
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks to enhance retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster upsell opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the SaaS industry; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams focused on customer renewals
  • Direct experience negotiating renewals and driving annual recurring revenue (ARR)
  • Familiarity with enterprise customer success and sales processes
  • Comfortable working in a data-driven environment and using BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience leading teams through organizational change
  • Background in digital renewal processes and customer success initiatives
  • Established track record in conducting renewal negotiations and forecasting
