CPS Technical Help Desk Representative

• Provide technical assistance to clients regarding commercial credit card programs via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot client issues and determine appropriate resolutions to ensure maximum satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with account management teams to enhance client support
• Support Federal Government accounts, complying with necessary post-employment screenings
• Maintain a high level of customer service while managing inquiries in a 24/7 support center

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in Customer Service
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Good time management skills to assist a high volume of clients
• Ability to handle difficult customer calls and identify/escalate problems
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective telephone communication
