• Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally
• Listen to and understand customer needs to resolve issues effectively
• Escalate customer issues to appropriate staff for resolution as necessary
• Maintain accurate customer CRM records and document call resolutions
• Follow all policies and procedures while adhering to client processes

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficient in multi-tasking using multiple screens and systems while communicating with customers
• Ability to type accurately at a speed of 30-45 words per minute
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills

• Relevant experience in banking or financial services
• Proven experience with data entry and strong professional writing skills
