Position: BILINGUAL Assistant Account Manager I *starting February 9th 2026

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from payers/applicants, serving as a primary point of contact
  • Assist payers/applicants in setting up accounts and providing information about their accounts
  • Independently troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions for payer/applicant inquiries
  • Update account information and ensure accurate demographic data is maintained
  • Model good attendance behaviors and meet department standards for quality and quantity
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed department standards
  • Strong oral communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stressful situations effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • At least 2 years of college or technical school education, or equivalent related work experience
  • Proven ability to thrive in a team environment and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Experience in customer service roles, especially in fast‑paced environments
