- Model good attendance behaviors and meet department standards for quality and quantity
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of two years of related work experience

- Strong oral communication skills and focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle stressful situations effectively
- At least 2 years of college or technical school education, or equivalent related work experience
- Proven ability to thrive in a team environment and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Experience in customer service roles, especially in fast‑paced environments
