About the Role:

Fetch is looking for a Senior
Graphic Designer to support the next wave of our B2C creative. In this role, you’ll concept and produce digital-first work that spans campaigns, CRM, and in‑app placements. You’ll take projects from idea to final execution, working quickly, iterating thoughtfully, and creating work that’s both visually strong and performance‑minded.

As part of the Expanded Core team, you’ll partner with the Lead Designer, marketing strategists, and business teams to bring campaign ideas to life. You’ll help elevate the quality of our day‑to‑day output while sharpening the visual expression of our consumer‑facing storytelling.

This is a full‑time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to concepting and visual development for campaigns and CRM moments.
  • Translate concept into polished, platform‑native executions that ladder into broader campaign ideas.
  • Develop high‑quality design assets across channels—static, light motion, and short‑form edits—delivered quickly across channels and optimized for performance and clarity.
  • Adapt and version creative for multiple placements and formats while maintaining consistency and craft.
  • Creates work that feels fresh, intentional, and aligned with campaign and brand direction.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to support campaign needs from brief through idea to execution.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in brand, digital, or social design within fast‑paced creative environments.
  • Strong visual craft with a portfolio that shows standout digital design, campaign thinking, and social‑first storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma.
  • Comfort experimenting with AI image tools (Midjourney or similar) to support visual exploration.
  • Deep understanding of typography, composition, and channel‑specific best practices for social and paid.
  • Ability to work fast without sacrificing detail—comfortable prioritizing, versioning, and iterating.
Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $75,324-$81,970. Discover our benefits and how our employees live rewarded at  .
