Cardiology - Noninvasive Physician

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Non-Invasive Cardiologist in Coos Bay, Oregon.

• Position: Locum Non-Invasive Cardiologist

• Location: Coos Bay, OR

• Hours: Full-time (80 hours per pay period), 3-month commitment with possible extension

• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Patient Load: 15-18 patients per day (outpatient clinic)

• Support Staff: MA, Triage RN team, Device Clinic staff

• Call Coverage: 1-2 nights weekly (5:00 PM - 8:00 AM); one weekend/month (Friday 5:00 PM Monday 8:00 AM)

• Inpatient/Outpatient Split: 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient (call only)

• EMR System: EPIC

• Perform Echo and non-nuclear stress test readings

• Read EKGs and Holter monitors

• Preferred:
  
  Experience with trans-esophageal echocardiography and performing cardioversion

• Work collaboratively with a team of 4 physicians to provide top-notch patient care

• Enjoy excellent support from a dedicated triage RN team and device clinic

• Pay Rate: Negotiable

• Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologist

• Oregon license OR Any state license with willingness to obtain OR license if offered the job

• Minimum 1 year of cardiology experience

• Clean malpractice/background

• Self Query NPDB

• CAQH login and password Required at time of offer

• DEA Verbal confirmation at name clear
