Full-time, autonomous outpatient practice supported by Behavioral Health Clinicians, Care Managers, Diabetic Educators, and a Clinical Pharmacist. Light call, phone-only. Electronic Health Record: EPIC. NHSC Certified site with a HPSA Score of 14. J-1 visa candidates welcome.
