Adult Medicine Outpatient Opportunity on the Southern Oregon Coast – Ability to Earn Over $500,000 Annually as a Partner

Are you an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Practice provider ready to make an impact and help build and grow a department? This is your opportunity to join a physician-owned multispecialty group that has been serving the Southern Oregon Coast for over 60 years.

We’re currently looking for a motivated and experienced provider to join our team and play a key role in growing and strengthening our Adult Medicine Department, which currently has a part‑time internal medicine physician on board. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the expansion of the department, recruit APPs, and shape its future success.

• Build and Lead a Department – As one of the leading physicians in our Adult Medicine Department, you will have the chance to recruit and lead your team, including APPs, to grow the department into a strong and thriving practice.
• Employed Position with 1‑2 Year Partnership Track – This position offers a 1‑2 year partnership track with minimal buy‑in and earning potential over $500,000 annually as a partner.

• Open to Experienced Providers – We’re seeking experienced Internal Medicine or Family Practice providers. This position is not ideal for new graduates, as we currently lack the mentoring structure needed for early‑career professionals. However, we welcome candidates eligible for J1 and H1B visas.
