Middle School Assistant Principal

• Direct and coordinate educational and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with educational standards
• Conduct walkthroughs and informal observations of staff and teachers
• Collaborate with the academic team to develop and implement the school’s student achievement plan
• Address parent and student concerns, fostering a supportive educational environment
• Assist in the coordination of grade‑level meetings and evaluations as per state requirements

• Master’s degree in education or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of educational experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web technologies
• Ability to travel 20% of the time for meetings and professional development
• Ability to work from the school office at least two days per week

• Previous experience as an online educator
• Administrative experience in an educational setting
• Valid Ohio administrative license
