• Oversee the development and delivery of world‑class training programs for the tax compliance platform

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or related field;
  Master's degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of training and development experience with increasing levels of responsibility
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing training organizations
• Proven track record of building effective training organizations with measurable business impact
• Advanced experience with AI and educational technology, including learning management systems

• Advanced certifications in training and development (CPTD, CPLP, Ph.D. in Education)
• International training experience with ability to design programs for global audiences
• Experience in enterprise software or financial services training within complex regulatory environments
• Thought leadership experience with publications or speaking engagements in training and development fields
• Executive coaching and leadership development expertise with a track record of nurturing future leaders
