• Hold office hours for one-on-one consultations with students regarding career options and college applications
• Guide students and families through the local university/college application process
• Facilitate workshops and support for students in grades 11-13 on career selection and application requirements
• Collaborate with various teams to track alumni progress and highlight success stories
• Maintain communication with parents and school leaders regarding students' post-school success journey

• Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree in Education Management, College Counselling, Psychology, or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in college counselling in a secondary school or after high school program
• Familiarity with international tertiary education pathways and local educational options
• Strong communication skills with a track record of building relationships with adolescents and youth
• Knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and progression pathways

• Experience guiding students in applying to tertiary institutions abroad
• Familiarity with research on the future of work and career navigation strategies
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively
