• Provide product‑specific training to external customers throughout the implementation timeline.
• Conduct virtual instructor‑led training classes for pharmacy staff.
• Create and update training materials and documentation to meet customer needs.
• Support on‑the‑job training during customer go‑live weeks.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to tailor training strategies based on customer requirements.

• 4‑year degree in business, communications, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in training or instructional design.
• Direct technical training experience with software products, applications, and/or services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly MS PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 75% to 100% for onsite training.

• Experience as a pharmacy technician or in a Chain, Mail, Specialty, or Digital pharmacy environment.
• Strong background in instructional design and creating training materials.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Confluence.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and effective communication at all organizational levels.
• Experience with implementing change management techniques.
