What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Process eligibility and project applications for the HOMES and HEAR programs
• Review project application forms for compliance with program policies
• Maintain and update system databases accurately
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and contractors
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control of program processes

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of program/project management experience related to energy program implementation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including report writing and spreadsheet analysis
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 1+ years of experience in the energy efficiency or electrification industries
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders including government and non-profit organizations
• Ability to speak additional languages
• Four years of previous office experience
• Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices
