• Prepare and review documents, technical reports, cost estimates, and project schedules
• Manage environmental compliance for small to large-scale energy projects
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and support team efforts
• Stay current on industry trends through training and professional workshops

• Bachelor’s degree in urban planning, environmental science, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, or 8 years with a Master’s degree
• Knowledge of current environmental compliance and city/state development regulations
• Strong analytical, communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Proven abilities in project management, cost estimating, and technical writing

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience with utilities and/or renewable energy projects
• CEQA/NEPA knowledge
• Understanding of construction and engineering practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
