• Provide development support, strategic planning, and expert consulting for power projects
• Conduct project economic and cost analysis, risk assessments, and contracting strategies
• Prepare project implementation strategies and plans, including technical due diligence and owner’s engineering reviews
• Evaluate and optimize technical, commercial, environmental, and financial aspects of projects
• Support conceptual design and engineering design oversight within the project portfolio

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 15 or more years of experience in the energy/power industry
• Experience with electric utilities, independent power producers, or energy project development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical information
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines

• Experience in technical due diligence and owner’s engineering design reviews of power projects
• Detailed understanding of power station operations and performance reviews
• Knowledge of electric utility business processes and operations
• Experience in economic, cost analysis, and contract development
