• Develop, validate, and optimize HVAC equipment selection based on project specifications
• Ensure all quoting and equipment specifications align with customer requirements and standards
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and technical improvements in system selection
• Prepare and refine detailed technical proposals and quotes for complex projects
• Provide technical guidance to sales and support teams on high-value opportunities

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC equipment selection, application engineering, or project management in an estimating or sales support role
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
• Proficiency in HVAC design and selection software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction
• Experience with selections, quoting, and proposal development for complex HVAC projects
• Knowledge of industry standards and codes (e.g., ASHRAE, AHRI/ARI)
• Familiarity with competitive bid and RFP processes in commercial HVAC sales
• Experience in vendor negotiations for HVAC equipment pricing and procurement
