• Conduct pre-construction meetings with contractors to align on project expectations
• Visit job sites and plants to ensure ADS products are installed to specifications
• Collaborate with ADS sales and engineering teams to facilitate project success
• Track project progress using CRM software to ensure timely completion
• Attend local networking events to promote ADS products and services

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two years’ experience in site construction
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform a full range of motion, including sitting, standing, squatting, and bending
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with engineers and contractors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Experience in earthwork or project management
• Familiarity with construction sites and project timelines
• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key contractors and engineers
