Senior Specialist, Fill Finish Process

• Provide hands‑on support to customers, including on‑site visits to troubleshoot and optimize fill/finish operations
• Plan and coordinate technical studies with fill/finish equipment vendors
• Develop and maintain customer‑facing content related to fill/finish topics, including technical reports and bulletins
• Analyze customer requirements through thorough assessment of manufacturing processes
• Support the implementation of new technologies and process improvement activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical processing and packaging technology
• Profound knowledge in filling line technology
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time, both domestically and internationally

• Strong skills in scientific writing and comprehension of scientific terminology
• Entrepreneurial problem solver with strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in a matrix environment with cross‑functional teams
