- Provide troubleshooting assistance for commercial Heavy Applied chillers in the US market via phone, electronic communication, and job site visits
- Support Factory Engineering and Quality groups in gathering and providing data relevant to solving technical issues
- Assist with developing training materials and present at technical meetings for customers and internal teams
- Negotiate and process open disputed warranty claims for Heavy Applied chillers installed in customer sites
- Provide feedback to management on warranty and quality issues to drive improvements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Technical Field with Centrifugal and Screw Chillers
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Ability to travel as needed for on-site training and job site visits
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Experience troubleshooting all aspects of commercial Heavy Applied HVAC systems
- Familiarity with warranty data/systems
- Experience in providing technical presentations and training
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
