- Conduct site inspections and audits to assess electrical system integrity and maintain a risk register
- Collaborate with various teams to align standards and improve readiness playbooks
- Document design changes and ensure readiness gaps are addressed before turnover
- 7+ years of experience in mission‑critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, pharma, etc.)
- Deep knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS systems, and electrical safety practices
- Hands‑on experience with FAT/SAT/IST processes and closing punch lists
- Strong documentation skills and stakeholder communication abilities
- Experience with CMMS, DCIM/EPMS/BMS integrations, and incident/RCA processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- PMP, NETA certification, or PE preferred
