- Manage daily operations of construction vendors to expedite the construction and splicing of outside plant (OSP) facilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers post-sale, overseeing project implementation and execution
- Coordinate and facilitate timely completion of fiber connectivity solutions programs and projects
- Maintain relationships with jurisdictions and right-of-way contacts to ensure compliance with permits and agreements
- Track project progress and budget using Salesforce and manual tracking methods
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on outside plant and fiber optics
- Familiarity with all types of outside plant construction and experience managing large capital projects for at least four (4) years
- Proficiency in Email, MS Excel, Word, Google Earth, and AutoCAD
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to travel to project sites as required
- Strong negotiation skills and business-minded approach
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Proven experience with structured cabling, routing, switching, and IP protocols
- Ability to understand and read construction documents
- Experience managing multiple aggressive RFP and design construction schedules
- Familiarity with all facets of OSP management, including quoting and delivery
