What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Participate in product pre-sales engineering tasks including customer demonstrations and evaluations
  • Provide post-sales support including product turn-up, training, and customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with partners to define technical business problems for customers
  • Develop best practices and solutions, articulating the benefits of the employer's offerings
  • Maintain positive and lasting relationships with customers and log progress using
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Expert-level understanding of communications networking operations and networking technologies
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a virtual office environment
  • Excellent relationship-building and technical consultative selling skills
  • Technical skills in switching/routing setup, application-aware networks, and network management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • CCNP or CCIE certification
  • Ability to research and demonstrate solutions ROI for partners
  • Experience with Net Flow, FNF, IPFIX, Medianet, network security, and Wireless technologies
  • Strong written and oral communication presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40-50% of the time
