• Analyze, model, and conceive processes for clients in the Discrete Manufacturing Industry, focusing on Supply Chain and Logistics
• Implement complete project cycles including Design, Build, Test, and Run phases
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with clients to identify needs and improvements
• Research key business issues to support the implementation of SAP technology solutions
• Present solutions effectively to clients to secure buy-in before implementation

• Integrated module and process understanding in Discrete Manufacturing
• In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP Module (e.g., WM, LE-TRA, EWM, TM, YM)
• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid-agile, or Waterfall) and full life cycle implementation of SAP projects
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new concepts and share knowledge with team members
• Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in German

• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA projects
• Ability to work in a global environment and coordinate with virtual teams
• Intercultural understanding and willingness to travel based on project requirements
