• Bachelor of Arts or equivalent degree, preferably with emphasis in translation, localization, linguistics, or game design
• Native proficiency in Filipino with exceptional grammar skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Relevant prior gaming experience for accurate content translation
• Experience in professional translation/localization work, particularly in gaming or technical contexts

• Passion for PC or console gaming
• Familiarity with computer hardware, software development, or game design
• Understanding of various game genres and gaming discussion groups
• Knowledge of game distribution platforms
• Experience with computer‑assisted translation tools like Crowdin or SDL Trados
