• Work with installers and professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders accurately over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct the picking and staging of parts for delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders consistently and on time.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections on time, enter daily mileage into the delivery fleet management devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to deliver superior service to professional customers.
• Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
• Process and credit new core and warranty returns in a timely manner.
• Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and tag/labeled returns correctly.
• Assist on the front and retail counters as needed.
• Help with backroom duties such as auto‑load, returns, and stock.
• Assist with customer labor claims, ensuring they are processed quickly and efficiently.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.

• Hands‑on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages;
  Spanish is highly desired.
