• Serve as the primary administrator for the registration platform and manage website updates
• Lead the development of the mobile app and attendee hub, enhancing on-site engagement
• Oversee execution of sponsorship deliverables, ensuring timely fulfillment of promises
• Manage the conference dedicated mailbox, providing customer support on registration issues
• Assist in monitoring overall event timelines to ensure deadlines are met across various work streams

• 3-5 years of direct experience in event management, particularly with large-scale user conferences
• Required proficiency and hands‑on experience with Cvent, including website builder and registration logic
• Proven ability to manage invoices, track expenses, and reconcile sponsorship payments
• Exceptional written communication skills for managing sponsor expectations and internal queries
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously

• Experience with event mobile apps and attendee hubs
• Collaborative team‑player with a strong customer‑service mindset
• Self‑motivated and confident in taking ownership of responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to travel to provide on‑site support for events
