• Conduct consultations with LPL Financial Advisors to enhance the adoption of financial planning practices
• Implement a disciplined outreach strategy to promote financial planning awareness and drive growth
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of comprehensive financial planning and available support resources
• Collaborate with key business partners across the wealth management organization
• Provide onboarding support to Advisors and ensure timely follow‑up with specific requests

• 5+ years of experience in personal financial counseling within a professional services or financial planning environment
• 5+ years in a related sales or consulting function
• CFP required
• Strong knowledge of financial planning software, with eMoney knowledge being a must
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Securities licenses 7, 63, 65, 66 are strongly preferred
• Experience with software systems such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and Salesforce
