- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a nonprofit or ministry-related financial environment
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial leaders
- Familiarity with financial systems and data validation processes
