• Conduct in-depth investigations and analyses in support of the employer's BSA/AML program using blockchain analytics
• Review higher-risk cases for potential fraud, money laundering, and other illicit activities
• Apply investigatory techniques to complex fact patterns to meet regulatory filing requirements
• Evaluate alerting activity related to AML and fraud to determine Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filing needs
• Maintain detailed documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in conducting AML investigations and SAR preparation
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
• Exceptional written and research skills for regulatory reports and investigations

• CAMS, CFE, or CFCS certification
• Crypto Investigation Certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic)
• Familiarity with SQL and applications such as Looker, Super Set, or Snowflake
