- Review and investigate credit reporting disputes through internal systems and bureau channels
- Identify and apply corrections to consumer reporting in collaboration with the reporting team
- Document case work and investigation notes with precision while ensuring timely resolution
- Produce accurate and compliant dispute resolution communications based on employer templates
- Partner with cross-functional teams to highlight recurring issues and support long-term solutions
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispute resolution, credit reporting operations, or related financial services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent written communication skills tailored to disputes and compliance needs
- Familiarity with credit reporting regulations and bureau dispute platforms
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality and timely dispute investigations and responses
- Experience with FCRA/FACTA compliance standards
- Background in financial services or related industries
- Proficiency in using dispute resolution software or platforms
- Ability to suggest process improvements and automation solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
