What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Review and investigate credit reporting disputes through internal systems and bureau channels
  • Identify and apply corrections to consumer reporting in collaboration with the reporting team
  • Document case work and investigation notes with precision while ensuring timely resolution
  • Produce accurate and compliant dispute resolution communications based on employer templates
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to highlight recurring issues and support long-term solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispute resolution, credit reporting operations, or related financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written communication skills tailored to disputes and compliance needs
  • Familiarity with credit reporting regulations and bureau dispute platforms
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality and timely dispute investigations and responses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with FCRA/FACTA compliance standards
  • Background in financial services or related industries
