• Administer and maintain the Adaptive Planning financial system, ensuring alignment with Netsuite structure
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the use of financial tools for better insights and efficiency
• Provide guidance to the FP&A team on financial tools and support data reporting
• Prepare month, quarter, and year‑end financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Update Board‑level and investor reporting and consolidate financial performance information

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role
• Detailed knowledge of Adaptive Insights and related financial systems
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and present complex financial reports and projections
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Netsuite, and other ERP tools
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or relevant experience required

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong communication skills
• Experience working in a cost accounting environment
• Versatility and willingness to adapt within a dynamic work setting
