Insurance Associate, Risk Manager​/Analyst

• Analyze property, liability, and regional perils to ensure insurance obligations are met as per loan documents and investor requirements
• Review insurance policy renewal information to ensure compliance with loan documents and investor requirements
• Remediate non-compliant insurance issues through effective communication with Agents/Brokers and Borrowers
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers, ensuring proper communication and coordination with management
• Monitor reports and deadlines to ensure timely completion of work and communicate portfolio status with management

• At least 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate mortgage insurance compliance processing or related fields
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in daily activities
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
