• Oversee Retained Access Accounts, ensuring accurate information and timely processing
• Prepare monthly reports detailing Retained Access Accounts activity and financial metrics
• Monitor Returned Check Queue and manage reissuance processes for returned checks
• Process escheatment of death claim proceeds and handle related documentation
• Resolve complex issues and provide support for beneficiaries and financial professionals

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry or customer service
• Ability to manage multiple processes and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Knowledge of the Death Claims process
• Familiarity with CAPS and L70 systems
• Self‑starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Organized and detail‑oriented with a creative approach to problem‑solving
• Demonstrated accountability and a sense of urgency in completing tasks
