• Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support key initiatives
• Calculate profitability reports for various business segments
• Conduct regular and ad‑hoc analyses to identify efficiency and affordability improvements
• Evaluate government reimbursement processes to identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare monthly calculations of the company’s IBNR reserves

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of one (1) year of decision support or financial analysis experience
• Intermediate experience with database management tools (SAS or Access)
• Active pursuit of an actuarial designation (ASA)
• A combination of industry experience and exams passed totaling five or more years

• Experience with Medicare Advantage bids and data compilation for support
• Proficiency in developing and using pricing models related to Medicare Advantage
• Familiarity with Medicare Risk Adjustment and building large Excel models
• Experience with DSNP and/or FIDE/HIDE‑SNPs
• Proficient in SQL and other data manipulation software
