- 3-5 years of experience in Compliance at a financial institution, preferably federally regulated
- Strong background in consumer compliance, financial crimes compliance, or related U.S. regulations
- Experience in product compliance, compliance governance, and regulatory relationship management
- CAMS, CCAS, or similar certification
- Experience in direct engagement with regulators
