• Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries
• Manage construction loan administrative duties, including budget preparation and draw administration
• Review loan documents, third-party inspections, and post-closing construction documentation
• Collaborate with agencies, clients, and colleagues to navigate complex situations and find effective solutions
• Track daily work to ensure timely processing of draws and compliance with internal and external policies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial/multifamily real estate construction asset management
• Extensive knowledge of Construction Asset Management and loan types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems or software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
