Senior Associate, Asset Management

• Manage day-to-day servicing activities for a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans
• Monitor property performance and loan covenant compliance through financial and operational reviews
• Conduct property inspections and follow up with borrowers on required repairs
• Prepare internal and external reporting packages, including performance dashboards and risk assessments
• Coordinate post-closing borrower requests and maintain servicing system updates

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, or Business
• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial mortgage servicing or asset management
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Intermediate to high-level PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Experience with Life Company or institutional commercial real estate lenders
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated ability to function as an effective team member while working independently
