• Handle incoming calls regarding various financial products and services
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of multiple systems and provide overflow assistance for processing areas
• Serve as a subject matter expert for platforms and competencies, assisting advisers and management
• Identify and resolve operational and compliance issues during daily activities
• Collaborate with business partners to ensure technology workflows operate efficiently

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Holds Series 7 or possesses subject matter expertise in specific core processing functions
• Knowledge of the managed account industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills

• Experience in the financial services industry or with investment advisory services
• Strong comfort with inbound and outbound calls
• Flexibility in scheduling and a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with operational/legal procedures in financial services
