What to Expect (Responsibilities)
  • Become an industry expert, providing mortgage and business context to the team.
  • Collaborate closely with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs.
  • Help shape the evolution of the Vesta product through cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development of the product team’s culture and Vesta’s overall culture.
  • Engage in continuous learning about the mortgage ecosystem to enhance product offerings.
Required Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and a high degree of curiosity about the mortgage industry.
  • Experience in product management or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills to distill complex insights for the team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Previous experience in the finance industry and/or on enterprise products is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the mortgage process or industry.
  • Experience working in early‑stage startups or product teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems in a business context.
  • Track record of effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
