• Lead and execute financial due diligence reviews for potential acquisitions, analyzing financial statements and historical performance
• Develop financial analyses and pro forma financial models, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections
• Communicate findings effectively and provide guidance to team members throughout the due diligence process
• Prepare detailed reports outlining key findings, risks, and opportunities for the investment team
• Collaborate with the technology team to enhance the efficiency of the due diligence process through actionable software improvements

• 3+ years of accounting and buy-side transaction experience in accounting advisory, private equity, or transaction advisory settings
• CPA, CA, or CFA certification preferred; experience at a mid-market accounting firm is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated capabilities in evaluating small to medium-sized businesses
• Strong interest in and passion for empowering employee ownership in small businesses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other presentation tools

• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mentality with the ability to excel in both team-based and self-directed environments
• Highly motivated with exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take initiative in work streams
