• Provide daily support for customers, including gateway and transactional assistance, as well as deposit reconciliation
• Serve as the primary contact for existing customers on Service Titan Payments, managing incoming emails and supporting outbound calls
• Offer technical support within the software platform, developing expert‑level knowledge of payment processing
• Collaborate with payment processors to mitigate risk and assist customers with documentation
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on payments and provide training to new customers post‑implementation

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a client‑facing role within the merchant services or payment processing industry
• Strong understanding of payments industry terminology, economics, and client challenges
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Familiarity with Visa/Mastercard interchange tables and experience analyzing credit card merchant statements

• Experience in breaking down credit card merchant statements and performing cost and profitability analysis
