• Manage all treasury-related activities and ensure compliance with internal policies
• Facilitate treasury system implementations and new bank relationships to enhance efficiency
• Oversee the accuracy of vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Supervise and mentor Accounts Payable Analysts, setting performance metrics for success
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to streamline operations and improve processes

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable and treasury functions
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in managing a team
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience using Netsuite ERP
• Background as an Accounts Payable Supervisor or in a leadership role
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
• Familiarity with treasury functions in organizations involved in active fundraising activities
