• Support, optimize, and configure Workday Financial Management & Workday Adaptive Planning environments
• Serve as the primary support contact for Workday platforms, solving complex problems and developing analytical solutions
• Use Workday & Adaptive tools to enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Collaborate with various departments for training and manage integrations to ensure system functionality
• Lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
• Strong understanding of and experience in accounting, financial processes, and reporting within Workday Financials & Workday Adaptive Planning
• Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to perform specialized assignments and interpret business environments
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience with financial management systems or related software
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in financial reporting
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Interest in continuous learning and professional development
