- Maintain accounts by processing refunds and billing requests to keep accounts current
- Complete assigned work in a timely and accurate manner according to established standards
- Identify and elevate non‑routine eligibility and billing problems to leadership
- Engage with group contacts to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues promptly
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data reconciliation, member eligibility reconciliation, or financial/account management reconciliation
- Experience in composing correspondence and interpreting documents
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, member services, or claims processing
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree
