What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Facilitate the setup and maintenance of customer accounts for various payment methods, ensuring accurate processing of payment authorizations
  • Process and document A/R adjustments, ensuring proper approvals and adherence to policies
  • Analyze account history to manage customer situations, make decisions regarding payment options, and mitigate financial risk
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to payment methods and adjustments, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless A/R processes and contribute to improved workflows
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate's degree or above in Accounting or Business Related Field preferred with at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Intermediate computer software literacy
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
