• Serve as the primary financial partner for designated CIO or CIS sub‑organization with annual costs of $150M+, ensuring continuous financial oversight
• Perform monthly financial close, variance analysis, and executive‑level reporting for budgets
• Conduct data analysis to develop strategies for cost optimization
• Partner with Budget Owners to create robust financial models and manage financial rhythms
• Present financial strategies and recommendations to VP and Director‑Level stakeholders

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in financial management; a Master’s Degree with 10+ years may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Experience overseeing a $150M+ annual financial portfolio
• In‑depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within an IT environment
• Strong understanding of government financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven track record in managing the financial aspects of government programs

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in an Earned Value Management (EVMS) environment
• Proven experience with diverse funding sources and grant management
• Experience in managed services and driving cost‑saving initiatives in IT
• Knowledge of financial systems and data query tools
