• Serve as the primary financial partner for designated CIO or CIS sub-organization, providing financial oversight through reporting and planning
• Manage a portfolio of over $50M in annual costs, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting
• Perform data analysis to develop strategies for cost optimization
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives within the financial services team
• Present financial strategies and insights directly to VP and Director-Level stakeholders

• B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
• U.S. Citizenship
• Experience overseeing a $50M+ annual financial portfolio
• Strong understanding of government financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Proven track record of managing financial aspects of government programs

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in an Earned Value Management (EVMS) environment
• Proven experience with diverse funding sources and grant management
• Knowledge of employer's financial systems
• OAC/data query tool experience
