Mortgage Origination - Customer Service Representative

• Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails related to FHA guidelines and procedures
• Utilize mortgage industry knowledge to find answers in a knowledge database
• Follow standard operating procedures for various topics and systems
• Document all interactions in a database
• Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures

• High School diploma or GED certificate
• Minimum of 2 years of mortgage origination experience (e.g., loan originator, loan processor, junior underwriter, loan officer)
• Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including a credit check and background investigation
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday – Friday, based on business needs

• Knowledge or background in FHA processes
• Experience in a contact center (Omnichannel)
