• Support the maintenance and expansion of the Legal & Regulatory Obligations Inventory
• Enhance and strengthen quarterly metrics and reporting, preparing and distributing relevant updates
• Assist in regulatory change monitoring and management, including analysis of regulatory changes and their impacts
• Perform quality assurance on data and refine processes related to regulatory platforms
• Manage internal documents and records, supporting various project work and stakeholder inquiries

• Proven experience in building and executing regulatory change monitoring and change management programs
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and risk management practices relevant to financial services
• Strong skills in developing metrics and reporting, with a focus on high‑quality deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

• Experience or strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Background working at a law firm or as in‑house counsel
• Familiarity with financial services regulators and project/vendor management
• Experience with technology projects, including the development of business requirement documents (BRDs)
